The house is located in a quiet part of resort Povljana, near the ambulance, short walk away from the center and several shops. Distance from the sea is 600m, pebble and sandy beach 800 meters (10 minutes walk). A few minutes drive to the beach, which is partly in pine forest. Possibility to rent a boat, bikes and electric bikes. Trekking along the nearby lake.

Warm and shallow sea with sand is ideal for families with children. Nature lovers can enjoy walking, cycling and bird-watching at the nearby lake. Povljana is known for its ornithological reserve Malo i Velo blato. Possibility of trips to the Paklenica National Park (50 min. Drive), Krka National Park (90 min. drive), Kornati National Park (boat from Pag). The beach is sandy and pebbly.
