House is situated by the football playground in the centre of town. Distance to the centre of old town is two minutes by walk, but the place is quiet in the night time. Apartment has two bedrooms with two beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Apartment is fully equipped with dishes, AC, TV and terrace. Safe parking area.
