What is the location, equipment and services provided?

The apartments are 500m far from the beach, 100m from the main road, parking lot included. The area is flat, therefore there is no sea view. There are different types of beaches 5-10 minutes walk, including those suitable for children or for nudists. There are several restaurants in the area, two of them quite close to the apartment (100m). The town of Dubrovnik is only 8km far.

What are the advantages of this accommodation?

The apartment 4+1 consists of two units (studio apartments), each having a room with a bathroom and a kitchenette (i.e. there are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). Large private view-protected terrace (26m2), partially covered (porch 16 m2), serves as a living-room. The apartment 2+1 consists of a room, bathroom and kitchen/living-room, large private terrace with pergola (20m2).
