The estate is located on an area of around 4000 sq meters. It consists of the previously mentioned houses surrounded by a young olive grove and a vineyard. Behind the central house and hidden from the curious glances of the passers-by is the swimming pool measuring at 10m length and 4m width thus justifying the ‘swimming’ part in its name. There’s a sundeck there as well where you have the possibility of taking an outdoor shower. Only a few meters away there is a little summer kitchen with a naturally shaded patio and the grill at your disposal. Alongside the estate, we own a large piece of land on the other side of the road and opposite the houses which is turned into an ample car park accommodating 12 cars and a bus.
