We are delighted and pleased to welcome you to one or both of our houses. The central house can accommodate individuals, families and even large groups of up to 30 people. The green house right next to the central house has the capacity for 8 more people. Swimming pool 10x4m behind the central house

We invite you to stay with us and enjoy the calm and the serenity of the area, far away and yet so close to the fervent and busy city centre of Crikvenica. The central house can accommodate individuals, families and even large groups of up to 30 people. The green house right next to the central house has the capacity for 8 more people with additional spacious room which serves as a dining area.

What are the advantages of this accommodation?

Behind the central house and hidden from the curious glances of the passers-by is the swimming pool measuring at 10m length and 4m width thus justifying the ‘swimming’ part in its name. The city bus stops in front of the building 12 times a day every day. Also a small shop 10 minutes by foot or by car.
