Modern Spacious self catering, 3 large bedroom, private house & pool, gardens, terraces & parking. Views of tree covered mountains & vineyards to rear of property. House is located in Lovely country village with only 2.5km to Labin town. Very quiet/peaceful. House has all the comforts of home. Stunning views of Adriatic 1km from house, 3km drive to Rabac, beach/shops/cafe bars.

What are the advantages of this accommodation?

Downstairs open plan living space/kitchen/dining room with high ceilings. Air conditioning for hot days /underfloor heating for chilly days. Bathroom 1 with Jacuzzi bath, bathroom 2 with hydro jet shower pod. Sleeps 6 people comfortably upstairs in bedrooms. Extra people can be accommodated on sofa bed or fold up bed. Prices are set for 6 people. Small supplement for extra people to a maximum of 9
