What is the location, equipment and services provided?

The owner lives in the house. It is possible to use the washing machine for a fee. Pets up to 10kg are allowed for an additional fee. Anchorage for small boats for a fee. The price includes bed linen, pillows, towels, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, TV+SAT, internet and air conditioning. All apartments have a covered terrace (8m2) with sea view, table, chairs and parasol.
