The renting terms are weekly, changeover day is typically Saturday. However, should you have different needs or if you wish to stay more than two weeks, the price shall be negotiated individually.

To confirm your booking, you need to pay 30% of the entire amount in advance. Once we receive your request, you shall receive an e-mail with payment details.

Villa Parun
Villa`s floor area 200 m2, courtyard and garden 1000 m2. All indoor facilities have air conditioning, heating is provided by floor heaters, air conditioners and fireplace. Ground floor leads into the garden where the pool is placed along with patio, barbeque and outdoor dinning furniture. Courtyard also has playground with children’s swing, there are three parking places as well. Big terrace on the first floor has six lounge seats. Wi-fi is provided through the whole estate.

House Parun
The surface of the house is 75m². Kitchen and fireplace, living room, bathroom and toilet are situated on the ground floor while bedroom is on the first floor. Courtyard and garden 470m².
