Other information:
Each apartment has an area of 60m2. Terrace with sea view (apartment on the first floor) has a size of 25m2, terrace of the apartment on the ground floor 30m2. The terraces are equipped with sun beds and parasols. The house stands on a large plot, so you are not disturbed by neighbors. Air conditioning (up to 6 hours daily) is included in the price, longer use for extra fee 0,5 EUR/hour.

Additional person (extra bed) in the apartment pays 10 EUR.
