The fully equipped luxury apartment "Kuman" is located in the quiet village "Ravnice" with stunning Adriatic Sea views and the island "Brač".

The apartment is only 2 km away from the old pirate town "Omiš" and is a unique holiday resort, which is only 40 m away from a very quiet pebble beach.

Just a 10-15 minute walk away, along the beach, you can find a number of restaurants and cafes that will make your holiday a pleasure.

The apartment is modern and contemporary, with two bedrooms, each equipped with a box-spring double bed. While one room has a stunning ocean view, the other room looks out on a quiet garden.

The apartment also has a high-quality and modern kitchen with all utensils and appliances (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave ...) In addition, a washing machine and all other amenities are available, such as satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, two parking spaces and the possibility to use the grill.

The apartment has a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a living room with a comfortable sofa, which can be pulled out and turned into a bed for two people. In the living room there is also an Android smart TV which is connected to the Internet and has various streaming services. For those who do not want to miss out on any sporting event, there is a DAZN application available.
