The price includes: rentfee, air conditioning, electricity, water, bedding, tablecloths, towels, final cleaning, fitnessroom (Kettlermachines), WiFi Internet, 2 sunbeds / sun umbrellas during your entire stay (deposit: 50 EUR/apartment, will be returned), parking place (part. video surveillance), use of Beach House (shower on the beach, storage, grill place), grill place behind Villa etc.

On request (non included in price): Washservice, use of washing machine, ironing service (iron gratis on request) kayaks, mountainbikes, Airport-Transfer, Boat trips etc.

Check- in: 2 p.m., Check-out: 10 a.m. (we try to be as much flexible as possible)
